Yes, we have no translations!
At the beginning of this year, EVS Translations got an interesting order:
A leading corporation wanted transcription and storyboard creation in 3 languages.
All they had was 110 videos.
And the most interesting part about this translation order? There were no translations.
The client had created training videos for their website and services in Dutch, German, and English, all with similar concepts and ideas, but none exactly the same.
Even the number of videos per language differed. What they wanted was the organization and coordination of this project. No simple job when it amounted to creating story boards for almost 50 hours of videos.
Project management combined the video expertise, and the skills of transcribers and creatives to give the client what he wanted – transcriptions, storyboards, and a solution.
