G-spot

Gräfenberg spot, also known as the G-spot, is named after the German gynaecologist. He is most famous in the medical world for developing the IUD ring, or Gräfenberg’s ring for birth control, in 1929. However, as a Jew in Germany and because contraception was considered a threat for Aryan women, his work was suppressed during the Nazi period and he finally left Germany for New York in 1940. Whether the G-spot exists or not is a popular topic among gynaecologists and in the popular press.
