DIN EN 15038 is the only quality standard for translation services worldwide. It gives both translation services providers and their clients clear criteria for achieving and assessing the highest quality of language translation services.
EVS Translations was awarded these quality certifications by TÜV Rheinland – a globally recognised accreditation organisation that leads the way in the development of quality standards.
TÜV Rheinland performed an in-depth and rigorous audit process, working closely with the EVS Translations team to determine quality standards and verify their compliance.
To meet all the requirements, EVS Translations underwent a process lasting almost a year that included implementing a quality management system to analyse customer requirements, improve existing procedures, define quality objectives and secure them on a sustained basis.
As a result, EVS Translations processes and procedures were defined to enable strict quality assurance and continual improvement, meet applicable regulatory requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.
