EVS Translations operates an ERM system with which EVS Translations and the client can centralize and automate all translation project processes and workflows into one location. Clients can upload new projects, request quotes, download completed files, post feedback, and create reports on individuals, departments or company expenditures. All our processes are standardized across the entire company, so even though different departments may have different workflow processes, every member of the team is familiar with the steps. Some department at EVS Translations may also have more or less processes than other departments, so it is important to us that even in a department with many of them, everyone is familiar with the workflow.
Our process-oriented quality management system with integrated workflows allows the real-time assessment of resource utilization and the project status as well as on-going updates of the current status for individual projects. The project status is updated on a daily basis, with EVS Translations deploying an established process to handle capacity bottlenecks in line with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17100:2015. Every project is planned with enough capacity to deal with unforeseen difficulties in human resources as well as the working environment itself.
